How to delete a document?

Removing unnecessary files is simple with AIREX’s Delete Document feature. Here’s how it works:

1. Find the Document

Navigate to the Contracts section on the dashboard. For this demo, we’ll delete a file titled hotel rental.

2. Use the Three Dots Menu

Click the three dots next to the document, then select the Delete option.

3. Confirm the Deletion

Once you confirm the action, the document will be removed from your repository. To ensure the file has been deleted, try searching for it using the title—it will no longer appear in your list.

This feature helps keep your repository clean and focused on active contracts.
