How to download a document?

Downloading contracts from AIREX is straightforward, offering flexibility in choosing file formats. Here’s a detailed guide:

1. Locate the Document

Navigate to the Contracts section on the dashboard’s right-hand side and find the file you wish to download. For this demo, we’ll use a lease agreement as an example.

2. Open the Three Dots Menu

Click the three dots next to the selected document. This menu provides several options, including downloading the file.

3. Choose a File Type

Select the Download option, and a modal will prompt you to choose the file format: PDF or Word. For this demo, we’ll select PDF.

4. Download the File

Click Download File, and the system will save the document to your device. You can open the file to confirm it has been downloaded correctly.

This process ensures you have offline access to your contracts in the format that suits your needs.
