How to upload an existing document?

AIREX makes it easy to integrate existing documents into the platform.

Steps to Upload a Document:

1. Navigate to Create Document:

On the repository page, click the Create Document button.

2. Drag and Drop Your File:

Locate the file on your device, such as a sample lease agreement, and drag it into the designated upload area.

3. Organize Your File:

• Assign the document to a folder, such as "Reports."

• Set the jurisdiction, for example, "New York."

• Specify your role in the contract, e.g., "Landlord."

4. Process the Upload:

Click Upload to initiate the process. Depending on the file size, AIREX’s backend AI will analyze and process the document in under a minute.

5. Review in the Contract Editor:

Once uploaded, the document appears in the contract editor, where you can verify details and begin edits immediately.

This feature ensures seamless integration of offline files into AIREX’s ecosystem.
