When you load a contract, such as a lease agreement, into the AIREX editor, the interface immediately provides a comprehensive workspace for managing the document. At the top of the editor, you’ll notice a few key elements:

Document Title: This field allows you to rename the document directly. Clicking on the title enables quick edits, making it easy to organize contracts based on their content or purpose.

Analyze and Redraft Button: This is one of the most powerful tools in the editor. When clicked, it performs an in-depth review of the entire document, identifying areas that can be improved or refined. Whether it’s outdated language, unclear terms, or formatting issues, the AI provides actionable feedback to enhance the document’s quality.

These tools are complemented by additional menu options, such as downloading the document in PDF or Word format, emailing it directly from the platform, or deleting it if it’s no longer needed.

Conversely, if you’re collaborating with a legal professional, the Explain to a Real Estate Legal Expert feature provides a deeper technical breakdown.
