Understanding your contract analytics.

The Contract Analytics feature, located on the bottom left of the dashboard, provides insightful metrics to help you track your documents’ status and value. Here’s what it offers:

1. Drafted Contracts

Displays the number of contracts currently in draft mode. For this demo, the dashboard shows six drafted contracts.

2. Pending Contracts

Tracks contracts awaiting completion or approval. In this example, there is one pending contract.

3. Executed Contracts

Shows the total number of signed contracts. Currently, there are zero executed contracts, reflecting the agreements that have yet to be finalized.

4. Total Contract Value

Summarizes the cumulative value of all uploaded contracts, both executed and non-executed. This metric provides a clear view of the financial impact of your documents.

The Contract Analytics section gives you a quick overview of your repository’s status, enabling better decision-making and contract management.
